1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Ewood Pitstop LTD's services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

We provide automotive repair, MOT testing, servicing, and bodywork services. All work is carried out by qualified technicians to industry standards.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Repairs & MOT: Bookings can be made online or by phone. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a charge.

Bodywork: Quotes are provided based on photos you upload. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. A deposit may be required for large jobs.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Bodywork quotes are estimates based on visible damage in photos
• Additional work discovered during inspection will be communicated before proceeding
• Payment is due upon collection unless alternative arrangements are made
• We accept card, cash, and bank transfer

5. MOT Testing

MOT tests are conducted in accordance with DVSA guidelines. We cannot guarantee a pass result. If your vehicle fails, we will provide a detailed report and quote for necessary repairs.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our work:

• Parts carry manufacturer warranties where applicable
• Labour is guaranteed for 12 months from date of service
• Bodywork repairs carry a 12-month warranty on paint and workmanship
• Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery

7. Liability

While we take care to protect your vehicle and belongings, we cannot accept responsibility for items left in vehicles. We recommend removing valuables before leaving your vehicle with us. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

8. Vehicle Collection

Vehicles must be collected within 7 days of work completion. Storage charges may apply for vehicles left beyond this period. We reserve the right to exercise a lien over uncollected vehicles.

9. Discount Offers

Our bundled discount (10% off when using both repair and bodywork services) is valid for 90 days from first service completion, applies to labour costs only, and is limited to one-time use per customer.

10. Disputes

If you have concerns about our service, please contact us directly so we can resolve the matter. We are members of the Motor Ombudsman scheme for independent dispute resolution.
